Shipping fees are weight based and all orders ship via USPS. You can calculate a shipping estimate in your cart prior to check out by entering your state and zip code.
Large orders can save significantly on shipping. Once your order reaches over a pound in weight it will ship in a USPS padded flat rate envelope which fits up to 6 50 piece bead mixes. The next weight up is the medium flat rate box. Lots of beads can fit in this medium box with no increase cost in shipping, so fill that box up ;) This applies to international orders as well.
US orders under one pound ship First Class mail and normally arrive with in 4-10 days. Orders over a pound ship Priority mail and normally arrive in 2-4 days. If you are placing a small order and would like your order faster you can choose to upgrade to Priority shipping at check out.
Canadian and other international orders ship via USPS First Class international for orders up to 4 pounds. First class mail normally arrives with in 2 weeks but may take up to 6 weeks. Orders over 4 pounds ship via USPS Priority mail. Priority mail normally arrives with in 10 days.
You may return bubblegum beads, ribbon kits, and 5 yard lengths of ribbon if they do not meet your expectations. One yard cuts of ribbon are not eligible for returns. Please Contact Us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for a return. Returns must be made within 30 days. Goods must be in brand new condition, including original packaging, and returned in a secure box or padded envelope to be eligible for a refund. It is highly recommended that you add delivery confirmation to your return shipment. Lost return packages cannot be refunded. The amount of your refund will be for the goods only, original shipping and return shipping are NOT refundable. Items returned that are not in original new condition or ribbons that are short of the original yardage will not be refunded or returned so please check items carefully before returning.
Returns of large orders with numerous sets of beads or ribbon may be subject to a restocking fee. Please do not place large orders with the expectation of returning the majority. Instead feel free to contact us for help with color matching or other advice. We normally do not charge a restocking fee but kindly keep in mind that packing many, many small packs of ten beads is very time consuming.
If an item you have purchased contains a defect, please feel free to contact us for a replacement at no cost to you.
